Program overview
The Entrepreneurship Management major, simply put, teaches you how to turn ideas into businesses. Core courses include entrepreneurship fundamentals, business model design, market research, financial planning, team management, and financing strategies. You'll also learn how to write a business plan, find investors, and navigate the various pitfalls of starting a business. Many Chinese universities have entrepreneurship schools or labs that organize startup competitions, connect with incubators, and even provide seed funding. This major suits those who have ideas, are willing to take risks, and enjoy problem-solving. You don't necessarily have to become your own boss, but you need strong initiative and resilience.
