Program overview
Operational Art of Services and Arms is a graduate program under Military Science that focuses on the combat theories, command methods, and coordination of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Rocket Force, and other branches. Core courses include Introduction to Joint Operations, Tactics of Services and Arms, Command Information Systems, and Combat Simulation and Assessment. This program is ideal for students interested in military strategy and command decision-making, especially those with a military background or defense-related experience. Chinese universities in this field emphasize practical, combat-oriented teaching. For example, the National Defense University and the National University of Defense Technology incorporate exercise case studies and war-gaming simulations, allowing you to not only learn theory but also practice command through hands-on simulation.
