This major focuses on how to scientifically design and organize military training, and how to efficiently manage training resources. Core courses include military training theory, training evaluation methods, combat simulation and modeling, military psychology, and troop management practices. Chinese universities have strong practical characteristics in this field. For example, the National Defense University and the National University of Defense Technology incorporate real exercise cases into teaching, and students may even have opportunities to participate in joint training projects. It is suitable for students who are interested in military organizational operations, have strong logical thinking, and enjoy solving complex problems. No prior military experience is required, but teamwork spirit and stress resilience are preferred.
