Heilongjiang University (HLJU) is a provincial comprehensive university located in Harbin, the ice city of Northeast China. It is jointly established by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, the Ministry of Education, and the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and is recognized as a Class A university under the Heilongjiang 'Double First-Class' initiative.
