Jiaxing University

Jiaxing University is located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta, just one hour from Shanghai and Hangzhou. Co-established by the provincial and municipal governments, it is a provincial public university tracing its roots back to 1914 as Zhejiang Economic College, renamed Jiaxing University in 2023.

As an application-oriented institution, it emphasizes industry-education integration and internationalization. It is a member of the CDIO Engineering Education Alliance and has partnerships with overseas universities. The campus hosts a growing number of international students, with English-taught programs fostering a multicultural environment.
