Tianjin Chengjian University

Tianjin Chengjian University (TCU) is a municipal public university located in Xiqing District, Tianjin, specializing in urban construction and engineering. Founded in 1978 as the Fourth Branch of Tianjin University, it was renamed Tianjin Chengjian University in 2013.

The campus covers 59.54 hectares with a 41.5% green coverage rate, offering a pleasant environment. TCU comprises 15 schools, 2 teaching departments, and 1 continuing education college, with over 18,000 students and 1,400 faculty members.

TCU's flagship programs include Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Rural Planning, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. Civil Engineering and Architecture are national first-class undergraduate programs.
