Founded in 1933 as the Housheng Accounting Institute, the university was upgraded to a bachelor's degree-granting institution in 2010. It now operates two campuses—the main campus and the Leifeng campus—with the main campus covering approximately 760 mu (about 50 hectares).

Features & strengths
