Xuchang University

Located in Xuchang City, Henan Province, Xuchang University is a provincial full-time undergraduate institution with a strong focus on applied technology. Its predecessor was a normal school founded in 1942, and it was upgraded to a university by the Ministry of Education in 2002.

As one of the first pilot universities for transformation and development in Henan, it is a model application-oriented technology university and a national '13th Five-Year Plan' industry-education integration project university.
