Shijiazhuang University

Shijiazhuang University, located in the capital city of Hebei Province, is a full-time undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Shijiazhuang Normal College founded in 1958, and it was upgraded to a university in 2004.

After more than 60 years of development, it now offers undergraduate education as its main focus, along with joint graduate programs. The university has two campuses (North and South), covering 81.4 hectares with a building area of 441,800 square meters.

Shijiazhuang University excels in applied talent cultivation, closely aligned with regional economic and social needs. It boasts several provincial key disciplines and characteristic majors such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, and Chinese Language and Literature.

Programs like Chemical Engineering and Technology and Software Engineering enjoy high reputation in Hebei Province. The university emphasizes industry-academia integration, building internship bases with Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone and many well-known enterprises, resulting in consistently high graduate employment rates.
