Chuzhou University

Chuzhou University (CHZU) is a public undergraduate institution located in Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, near Nanjing. It is dedicated to becoming a high-level application-oriented university, emphasizing industry-education integration and innovation and entrepreneurship.

In 2024, CHZU was authorized to grant master's degrees and established the School of Artificial Intelligence (School of Emergency Management), focusing on cutting-edge technology and safety. The university has two campuses: Huifeng and Langya, offering a modern and scenic environment.

CHZU's key strengths lie in its application-oriented approach and innovation ecosystem. It is a national model university for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, with a robust curriculum and practice platforms.

Teaching and research equipment is valued at 420 million yuan, supporting provincial key labs and engineering centers. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning through CDIO engineering education, project-based learning, and school-enterprise collaboration.

CHZU has two campuses: Huifeng (main) and Langya, covering 1,647.8 mu (109.85 hectares) with 493,000 square meters of buildings. Huifeng campus features modern classrooms, labs, a library, and sports facilities amidst green surroundings.

Langya campus, near the scenic Langya Mountain, offers a tranquil, traditional atmosphere. Dormitories are equipped with air conditioning, hot water, and internet. Canteens serve diverse cuisines. On-campus amenities include supermarkets, banks, and clinics.
