Fujian Polytechnic Normal University

Fujian Polytechnic Normal University (FPNU) is a public undergraduate institution located in Fuqing City, Fujian Province. It operates two campuses, Wumashan and Shizhushan, covering nearly 1,200 mu (about 80 hectares). Founded in 1977 and upgraded to a full university in 2019, FPNU is the only university in Fujian specifically focused on training vocational education teachers.

With over 12,000 full-time students and 700 faculty members across 13 schools and 42 undergraduate programs, the university emphasizes applied learning and international engagement. Since 2022, it has piloted recruitment of Taiwanese high school graduates, and it actively seeks partnerships with overseas institutions.
