Lyuliang University

Lyuliang University is a full-time public undergraduate institution located in Lüliang City, Shanxi Province, jointly established by the provincial and municipal governments. Founded in 1978 and upgraded to a bachelor's degree-granting university in 2010, it is a pilot institution under the Ministry of Education's 'Science Work Ability Improvement Plan (Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project)'.

The university is dedicated to applied talent cultivation, emphasizing industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. It comprises three campuses: the main campus, Innovation Port campus, and Jiaokou campus, covering an area of approximately 971,000 square meters with a building area of 620,000 square meters.

Lyuliang University's strengths lie in its applied orientation and close alignment with local industries. As a pilot institution of the Ministry of Education's science work ability improvement plan, it excels in cultivating practical skills.

Flagship programs include Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mining Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and Chinese Language and Literature, with Chemical Engineering and Technology recognized as a provincial-level specialty.

Lyuliang University boasts a well-structured faculty of 1,190, with over 30% holding senior titles and more than 80% possessing master's or doctoral degrees. The university implements a 'talent-strengthening' strategy, attracting leading scholars and骨干 teachers.
