Yuzhang Normal University

Yuzhang Normal University, located in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province, is a full-time public undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly established by the Jiangxi Provincial Government and Nanchang Municipal Government.

Tracing its roots back to the Jiangxi Women's Normal School founded in 1908, the university has a rich heritage in teacher education and was upgraded to a bachelor's degree-granting institution in 2017. With a motto of 'Virtue, Knowledge, Truth, and Beauty,' it aims to cultivate high-quality talents with global perspectives and social responsibility.

Yuzhang Normal University boasts a strong tradition in teacher education and serves as a key base for training basic education teachers in Jiangxi Province.
