Fujian Business University

Fujian Business University (FUB) is a full-time public undergraduate university located in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, China. It operates three campuses: Gulou, Lianjiang, and Mawei, covering an area of approximately 96.78 hectares with a building area of 347,100 square meters.

As an applied university focusing on business and trade, FUB has been selected as a project university for the Overseas Chinese Welfare Project – Chinese Cuisine Prosperity Base by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council.

Fujian Business University is renowned for its business-oriented programs, with flagship majors including E-commerce, International Economics and Trade, Logistics Management, Tourism Management, and Accounting. The university is designated as a Fujian Provincial E-commerce Vocational Education Public Training Base and Teacher Training Base, and its e-commerce program cluster is recognized as a provincial applied discipline cultivation project.

Additionally, as a Chinese Cuisine Prosperity Base, FUB has unique advantages in promoting Chinese culinary culture and training international talent. The university emphasizes industry-academia integration, partnering with well-known enterprises to establish practical training bases.

FUB comprises 14 secondary teaching units offering 39 undergraduate programs across economics, management, literature, engineering, and arts. The faculty includes over 600 full-time teachers, with more than 40% holding senior professional titles and a high proportion possessing doctoral or master's degrees.

The university's teaching and research equipment is valued at 103.67 million yuan, with 135 on-campus laboratories and 201 on- and off-campus practice teaching bases. The curriculum emphasizes a balance of theory and practice, incorporating case studies and project-based learning.

Fujian Business University's three campuses each offer a unique environment. The Gulou campus is located in downtown Fuzhou with convenient transportation and cultural vibrancy; the Lianjiang campus is the modern main campus with green surroundings and state-of-the-art facilities; the Mawei campus is near Mawei Port, reflecting a maritime trade background.

All campuses feature well-equipped buildings, libraries, gyms, and student dormitories with air conditioning, water heaters, and private bathrooms. Wi-Fi covers the entire campus, and smart classrooms are widely used. Multiple student canteens provide diverse dining options to cater to different tastes.
